Couples Therapy

At Inspire we know that there are moments when we all need a bit of support to understand our life and to make ourselves feel better. Sometimes we could be in a predicament and don’t know which direction to turn. Sometimes we simply need someone to talk to, someone who will listen to what we have to say and someone who will not criticise us and listen in a non-judgemental way.

Counselling can offer an opportunity to look at what’s important in your life. A safe space to reflect on ways of looking at your world and examine any difficulties you are facing by exploring your feelings, thoughts and behaviours and make choices about your life based on what you discover. Many clients find that the inward changes they experience are enough to enable them to deal with any challenges they may face.

Inspires’ Wellbeing Team are a group of qualified and training psychotherapists or Counsellors who are committed to assisting people who would otherwise struggle to find help and support. Our therapists have a range of experience and are members of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and/or the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). All our therapists receive ongoing professional development that is audited regularly by the profession. Inspire ensure through our safer recruitment policy that everyone is DBS checked to work with both adults and children, and that they have up-to-date and relevant qualifications and studies.
