The ideal applicant will have previous experience working with children, adolescents, or families as a support worker. We recently undertook an anonymous companywide survey to get feedback on all of our services, and 87.5% of our employees felt confident in their roles at Inspire. When asked if employees felt respected and appreciated, an overwhelming 83% responded yes, and an even higher 96% felt properly supported by their line managers.
